Question Friday: Southwest Cuisine Edition

Salsa OR guacamole?

 

Tacos: hard OR soft shell?

 

Fajitas, enchiladas, burritos, OR quesadillas?

(What’s the difference between an enchilada and a burrito, anyway? I’m not sure I know…)

 

Chicken, beef, OR veggie?

 

Salsa showdown: mild, medium, OR hot? Chipotle OR salsa verde OR black bean OR mango-peach OR…?

 

BONUS: What’s your very favorite taco combination?

 

Mine is probably a soft taco with black beans, peppers, onions, squash, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Nom.

I am also very intrigued by the gorditas with roasted pumpkin & poblano peppers or zucchini with basil and Cotija cheese on the menu at the H Street Country Club.
