Mine is probably a soft taco with black beans, peppers, onions, squash, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Nom.
I am also very intrigued by the gorditas with roasted pumpkin & poblano peppers or zucchini with basil and Cotija cheese on the menu at the H Street Country Club.
